Return and Refund Policy

The videos and Readings created by Number Nymph use Pythagorean numerology and are intended for enlightenment and entertainment purposes. As such, there is no guarantee or promise of tangible, measurable self-improvements or immediate life changes. Each client will respond in his/her own unique way to the information shared in the Readings and videos.

No refunds are offered on purchased videos. No returns are allowed for any video, PDFs, phone, live, and/or any other Readings once the Readings have been done. The Readings are thoughtfully crafted and designed for each individual client; and they require Number Nymph's focus and expertise to create and deliver. Due to Number Nymph's real time involved in each of her Readings, no returns or refunds are offered. However, Number Nymph hopes every customer is satisfied with his/her video and Reading, and Number Nymph strives to ensure everyone's satisfaction. 

Number Nymph will gladly issue Refunds for:

• An Unfulfilled Order (i.e. a Reading that Number Nymph has not yet begun. This type of refund must be requested within 24 hours of placing the original order)
• A Digital Gift Card (if that Gift Card has a unique digital code and identifier that can be canceled)

In your email, be sure to include the following:

• Your Name
• Your Email Address
• Your Order/Invoice Number
• Date of Order
• Your Specific Return Request, for Which Item (especially if you purchased multitple items in your Order)
• The Reason for Your Refund Request
