In order to do a full Personal Vibes Reading, Number Nymph needs your full birth date and your name. Your birth date reveals your Life Journey (Life Path), your outward personality, and your attitude.

Please submit your birth date as the month (written out), day, and 4-digit year (ie. "July 5, 1975").

Your name reveals your Destiny along with your heart and soul's desires. It also shows how you express and manifest yourself in front of others.

For your name, list the one you were given at birth (in full). If it includes Jr, Sr, or II/III, etc, include those. Also, if you have a hyphenated last name or many middle names, write all of them. Your Destiny is derived from your full name at birth, and that was given to you by your parents.

For "Your Everyday Name," write the common, everyday name that your colleagues, friends, and family call you now. If you were born as William, but people call you Bill, Billy, or Will, use that name here. If you're married and no longer use your maiden name, use your married name here. So, if you were born as Christina Ann Johnson, and you now go by Chrissy Smith (your married everyday name), use "Chrissy Smith" here. No middle names needed here. Just the first and last names you use everyday.
